What we collect

We collect only what's necessary to operate the service:

• Clothing images you upload for processing.
• Contact details (name, email, phone) submitted via the contact form.
• Payment information — handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
• Usage data — anonymous session identifiers (stored in an HttpOnly browser cookie) to manage your credit balance without requiring an account.
• IP addresses — logged briefly for abuse prevention and rate limiting.

How we use it

• To process your uploaded clothing images and return the cleaned product images.
• To respond to contact and support enquiries.
• To track your credit balance and record purchases.
• To detect and prevent abuse of the service.

We do not use your uploaded images or contact details for marketing, advertising, or model training. We do not sell your data.

How long we keep it

• Uploaded images and processed outputs are deleted automatically after 30 days.
• Contact submissions are retained for as long as needed to respond to your enquiry.
• Purchase records are retained as required for financial and legal compliance.

Third parties

• Stripe — payment processing. Stripe's own privacy policy applies to payment data.
• OpenAI — used to generate garment descriptions. Cropped garment images (not your original photos) may be sent to OpenAI's API.
• Wasabi — cloud object storage for images. Data is stored in the region you connect from.

We do not share your personal information with any other third parties.
